Welcome to the Toledo Buddhist Sangha Web site. Our sangha practices the teachings of Sakyamuni Buddha, with a mix of both Zen and Vipassana traditions. If you prefer the Theravadan (insight meditation) tradition, then the Sunday evening sittings are perfect. If you prefer a mix of Zen and insight practices, then try our Sunday morning sittings.

All services begin with a period of meditation, followed by a dhamma talk and group discussion.
